Who am I?

My name is Michele Sordo, and I am the founder of Fenneck Consulting.

I am a management consultant with a strong passion for digital transformation. Every day, I help companies evolve by tackling technological and strategic challenges that enable them to grow and innovate.

My professional journey began right after high school, driven by a desire for independence. I started working as a developer and freelance consultant. This initial exposure to the business world allowed me to understand the importance of integrating technology with business strategies, a lesson I carry with me every day.

Over the years, I identified what I still consider the main obstacle to digital transformation: the lack of a role capable of fostering effective communication between management and the IT department. This realization led me to pursue an interdisciplinary academic path, culminating in a degree in Computer Science, a Master's in Finance, and an MBA.

I pursued a career in management consulting at KPMG Advisory and later at EY where, in a competitive and international environment, I tackled complex challenges and worked with demanding clients. This journey led me to the role of manager , driving me to continuously improve services to meet the needs of a constantly evolving world.

Starting in January 2025, I decided to pursue freelancing and founded Fenneck Consulting. This step allowed me to support clients more directly, offering tailored solutions and innovative projects, always with a dynamic and customized approach. I am convinced that active listening and continuous learning are the foundation for building strong, lasting partnerships to effectively tackle the challenges of the future.
